We have no personal privacy…
at least not in the ultimate sense.
The four living creatures, who guard the divine throne according to Ezekiel 1 and Revelation 4, are full of eyes.
Presumably they see EVERYTHING and EVERYONE.
The LORD God is able to see even what we do in the deepest darkness - according to the Bible.
The flaming eyes of Jesus see through every form of hiding and privacy.
Even the secret things we say and do will one day be shouted out in public for all to know - according to Jesus.
Once we accept this and rejoice in this total lack of privacy, we can deal with the constant and omnipresent observation and monitoring that goes on from governments, social media, retail corporations and internet providers.
Wherever we go we are filmed on CCTV, tracked by our phones, observed by our supermarkets and recorded in numerous ways.
One approach is to fight against this and try to create privacy through VPN services, physical cash transactions, survivalist strategies and off-grid choices.
This is a noble and admirable choice… but it is not for everyone.
Another approach is to pretend it is all ok and accept the "deal" offered by businesses, government, police, media and communications.
"If you sell us your soul/life, we will provide services to you…"
A third approach is to completely accept the transparent revolution - which is already real in the Kingdom of Heaven.
There is no privacy - and perhaps there should not be any.
Therefore, let us take our own cameras and "light" around government buildings, police stations, big businesses and public spaces.
Let US observe THEM …. (where 'them' are all these institutions who believe they should observe, control and monitor).
Audit, hold accountable, open up, shine the light… in the full knowledge that everything that is hidden must be revealed and we must ALL give an account to the Divine Judge with eyes of fire.
